Born and raised in New Jersey (is anyone shocked?), Kim opens up about her childhood and “the lifestyle” she was exposed to at a young age. Yes, we are talking about the M-O-B. Flash forward to Season Two of RHONJ and the world got to meet Kim D, not to be confused with that other Kim, Kim G, (yes that are often confused) and the world has never been the same since.
