Today, Carole is here to dispel the many myths created as a result of that viral Netflix show regarding herself, her one time husband Don Lewis, his disappearance, and just what Big Cats have to do with all of it. Carole chats about life back in the day before Tiger King when she was just a woman married to a man together running Big Cat Rescue, a not for profit organization dedicated to Big Cat rescue, rights and activism. Of course, there was also Joe Exotic, owner of a “different type” of Big Cat organization who didn’t exactly see eye to eye with Carole. One day Netflix came calling and voila, the rest is history. Carole is very vocal here today about how she feels the finished product of Tiger King is not what she signed up for.
