Nicole was at her heaviest, about 85 lbs overweight, weighing around 200lbs and standing at just 5' tall. Due to her obesity, she was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and high blood pressure. After multiple surgeries on her right knee, she was diagnosed with chronic bursitis, arthritis, and tendonitis in that knee. She also struggled with digestive issues, experiencing bloating and gas, and grappled with depression and anxiety stemming from the loss of her brother when she was just 11 years old. Now, about 7 months into her low-carb journey, she is pain-free and exudes more confidence than ever before. She no longer suffers from depression or anxiety, experiences no gas or bloating, and claims to feel better in her 40s than she did in her 20s and 30s. She has lost about 65 lbs and has become a certified nutrition specialist. Despite her training, she now promotes a low-carb approach.
