Shortly after going full keto, Jonathan Merz (The Keto Colombian) decided to pursue health coaching with the Primal Health Coach Institute. He wants to be able to further his own health AND help others once he graduates! He is now living the Carnivore Keto lifestyle and learning more about Carnivore Keto and Ketosis and continuing on a healthy path. He loves working with people from all walks of life who share the common goal of bettering their health, body, fat loss, energy and focus.
