Brett Ender is a 27-year-old Technology Consultant currently living in San Diego, CA. He used a carnivore diet to effectively treat Ulcerative Colitis, which he battled for 6 years. Brett has been off all medication since March 2021. Brett completed his first full distance Ironman in October 2021 fueled off of an animal-based diet.
