Ashley is the creator and administrator of the Facebook group Keto MS. Ashley was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2019. She has been asymptomatic since she started Dr. Eric Westman's 'Page 4' diet. She unintentionally transitioned to carnivore and has seen even more improvements in her health. Ashley's neurologist is astonished by her overall improvements both in her health and her MRIs. In 2008, she graduated with her bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, Summa Cum Laude. Ashley also has two associate degrees. One in Health Services Management and the other in Dental Hygiene. Her passion is to help others find the path to autoimmune remission, as she did, without pharmaceuticals.
