Mark Morgan, former Acting Commissioner of the Border Patrol under President Trump, discusses recent reports of a memo circulating amongst Department of Homeland Security telling staff that "they don't have to comply," and to "avoid turning over documents or turning over systems credentials," to Inspector General, an independent watchdog at the Department from conducting an audit to "make a conclusion about just what impact has the Biden policies had on illegal immigration, negatively affecting the country."
