GOP Rep. Brady says he struck bipartisan deal forcing Biden to end ‘trade relations with Russia’

Former Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Congressman Kevin Brady (R-TX) discusses his bipartisan deal struck with Speaker Nancy Pelosi to bring a House floor vote next week “ending normal trade relations” between the United States and Russia.
