Missouri AG Andrew Bailey on why he’s suing New York over election interference lawfare against Trump

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey says he suing the state of New York to put a stop to the unconstitutional lawfare against former President Donald Trump. “Under Article 3 Section 2 of the United States Constitution, the Supreme Court has original jurisdictions when states have conflicts with other states,” he says. “Well, Missouri has a big problem with New York right now.
