The Gemara then moves to the other examples in the Mishna of measure for measure in a positive way, starting with Miriam and bringing many drashot about the enslavement, midwives, the righteous women who saved the Jews in Egypt by encouraging their husbands to continue to bring children into the world, and Miriam's role in this narrative.
