E103 - KARA HANLON: From a 12.5m Pool to Scottish Record Holder

On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we speak to the new 100m Breaststroke Scottish Record Holder, KARA HANLON! Born in Stornoway on the Outer Hebrides, Kara has one of the more unique journeys through age-group swimming. With limited access to a 25m swimming pool, most of her training was undertaken in a 12.5m pool, with very little early morning training, all the way until the age of 18.
