For this episode, we are joined by the fantastic Amber Keegan, an elite swimmer at the City of Sheffield, who helps us discuss this important topic by opening up about her own journey through swimming with an eating disorder. We hope by having this discussion we can give the others swimmers the confidence to seek any help they might need. We have both unfortunately lost a former teammate and friend to Mental Health. So it really is a topic we will forever discuss and promote as part of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast.
