George Taplin's Lake District Ultra Swimming Challenge In this weeks episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast we are talking to George Taplin who completed an Ultra Distance Challenge of swimming 71km in 13 lakes over 3 days. We discuss the training he did before starting the challenge, the difficulties he faced and the effects it had on his body during and after his swims.
