Wycombe Swimming Club is one of the premier swimming clubs in the Swim England South East region and Josh, along with other coaches at the club, have been producing outstanding results thanks to a brilliant training programme and core club ethos that they follow. In this episode, Josh talks about his swim coaching philosophy, swim coaching tips, and why being on a Swim England Pathway Coach Programme has been hugely beneficial to help increase his knowledge and development as a coach.
