In this episode we talk about REPS that are required to accumulate the results you desire ;) Going Through the Motions is OKAY sometimes You may not be super excited about the lunch you made You may not want to workout You may feel ‘bored’ - this is also known as ‘routine’ Things you can do to help: Spice up meals (TJs post and this may take a bit more time, money, or effort) Maybe switch up workouts - add in a run once or twice a week, take an online class, do yoga, etc.) Find a friend to do things with (cook with or workout with or go on walks with) Gameify it - water, step contests with friends, workout buddies, etc. Bottom line is - just like everything in life - it's not going to be rainbows and butterflies each day, but you have to choose to show up for yourself.
