Nicole is a state-certified dietician-nutritionist, certified nutrition specialist, board certified holistic nutritionist, and FDN-P. She has been in private practice for over nine years and helps her clients go beyond managing symptoms and look for the underlying pieces to their healing puzzle. Her mission is to teach people to approach healing holistically - addressing body, mind, and spirit in order to give the body the tools it needs to begin healing. Like many practitioners, Nicole discovered her passion for holistic health and nutrition through her own health challenges. Over two decades of working in high-stressed, fast paced government jobs took a toll on her health and she experienced a range of health challenges – everything from autoimmune disease, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and POTS. She new she needed to change how she was living, so she became hooked on everything nutrition and wellness – so much so, that she decided to return to graduate school and turn her passion into a profession. She subsequently came to FDN and found functional lab testing to be the missing piece in both her own healing and her private practice.
