Everyone has their days/weeks that things feel way HARDER... We don’t feel like we are in our groove, but I always ask myself, what is the alternative? If I skip my workout I’m tired, crabby, upset with myself that I didn’t workout and I don’t physically / mentally feel good VERSUS feeling proud. If I choose a burger and fries or order in because “I felt like it and didn’t want to cook” [every now and then FINE, not saying you can’t do these things] how does that add up? We’ve talked about the accumulation effect before and the 1% better rule. If you follow this with your food and think about the small changes you can make that 1% you focus on accumulates, and by the end of the year you’re 37% better… or the opposite, you’re 0% better and maybe taken many steps backwards towards your goals… This impacts your health and can be the difference of preventing or inviting disease.
