205. Guidelines: 2021 ESC Cardiovascular Prevention – Question #11 with Dr. Eugenia Gianos

Long-term secondary prevention with dual anti-thrombotic therapy (DAPT > 12 months with a P2Y12 inhibitor and low-dose aspirin or low-dose rivaroxaban 2.5mg BID with low-dose aspirin) may be considered for patients who are at high ischemic risk without high risk of bleeding (Class IIa, LOE A).
