Havard Mela joins Something For Everybody this week. Havard is an author, peak performance coach, and electrical engineer. He is just a guy who loves to write and share insights from his path to living a better life. Havard is born and raised in Norway, but currently lives in Madrid, Spain. In this conversation, I discuss with Havard about thriving in today's world and cultivating digital discipline. Havard shares insights from his books on overcoming porn addiction and developing purpose and discipline. We discuss the importance of conscious online behavior, the role of discipline in achieving goals, and the negative effects of passive digital use.
