They charged her card and told her the dress would be shipped out the next day. In between that phone call and the next day, an error in communication led Ashley's dress to be sold to someone else. There were no other dresses left. Neiman Marcus apologized and refunded her. But, they said, there's nothing else they can do. Hopeless and frustrated, Ashley went into the Gee Thanks!
