Penalty Kill Haunts the Dallas Stars in Toronto and they have the option to FIX it!

The Dallas Stars penalty kill gives up three goals for the second time this season as they fall 5-4 against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Today's episode of Locked On Stars revolves around a pk that has fallen since the new year. Since Jan. 1st the Stars have a 74% penalty kill percentage which is the 26th worst in the NHL and have given up eight goals in last 13 chances. Joey states they can fix it if they want to. At one point they were one of the best units in hockey, but now it's not and they can fix it by playing their best players in those situations. Next up is the underwhelming play on the blue line.
