The Colorado Avalanche cannot get out of their own way, and this weekend was just about as low as they can get. A huge game on Saturday with seeding on the line vs their first round opponent, the Winnipeg Jets, ended in a 7-0 thumping. A bounce back game on Sunday would have had everyone feeling better. And for two periods we all did. But hockey games are three periods, and that is when it all fell apart against the Vegas Golden Knights.
