I might have referenced a decadent bath ritual in this episode which you would of course have come to expect with talk around this goddess however you will also find a ton of scientific facts to back up why you should be sleeping nakey nakey naked amongst other more practical self care tips. Also how you can make your own oil to invoke Aphrodites powers and an initiation to introduce yourself to the goddess.
