Josh Solar is a self described Crossfit Dad, but not the douchey crossfitter type. He deeply loves his family, encouraging others & learning how to get comfortable being uncomfortable. He spends his time sharing the joys and practices of breath work & meditation, ice baths & being vulnerable so others know they’re not alone in their daily struggles. Through these practices there are safe spaces for us to be fully alive & fully human. He’s also a reiki master and an overall good human being. We talk deeply about how breath work as an action and philosophy can dispel the illusion of control, teaches you how present, the brain and the flight or flight response, and living a happier life by getting in touch with the NOW.
