Maxime is an Intuitive Life Coach, Energy Shifter, Writer and Speaker. Her adventure in the holistic wellbeing and personal development arena began she was juggling a thriving Personal Training Business when everything came to a screeching halt. She realized the path she was on wasn’t hers and she ignored all of the warning signs. The over-exerting, over-giving, crazy hours and traumas left un-healed meant I was living way out of alignment. She became very ill and spent 2 years doing everything I physically could to ‘heal’, but at some point she I was under 100lbs, dancing on the edge of this life and the next. One day she had my ‘A Ha’ moment watching a documentary called the ‘Essence of you and me’. It ignited the fighter in her and it changed the trajectory of her life. She realized she’d spent sooo many years learning concepts, information and skills that related to holistic healing, health and spirituality but bypass the embodiment phase of integration all together . In the years that followed she truly rebuilt herself, re-discovering her power and heard the call to become the healer, spiritual mentor and the teacher she came here to be.
