Victoria Albina, NP, MPH is a Certified Life Coach, Breathwork Meditation Facilitator, Holistic Nurse Practitioner, and host of the podcast ‘Feminist Wellness.’ She is on a mission to help women raised by codependents and alcoholics to stop feeling anxious, stuck and overwhelmed so they can have better relationships with their partners, parents and themselves. Victoria started her wellness journey after a lifetime of being sick and navigating the complexities of living with and being raised by a family impacted by trauma and codependency. After 30 years of digestive issues, depression and anxiety, she healed herself through cutting edge Functional Medicine, herbal medicine and finally through nervous system healing and life coaching. While her health improved by healing her leaky gut, the true and lasting healing came by learning to manage her mind to let go of the self-doubt, approval-seeking and negative self-talk that were keeping her nervous system revved up, and her body paying the price.
