After talking a little bit about Joe's stacked state brackets during his high school career, we jump into a preview of the D3 teams from the Northwest Sectional. We discuss the top returners for every team and make our predictions for the Regional team race and Team Sectionals. We also get a chance to pick Joe's brain on how him and his coaching staff have helped build interest in the sport of wrestling in their school, which has seen an increase from two regional starters four years ago to nine this year, and even more for the upcoming year! Joe has a lot of great philosophies that any coach at any stage can use for themselves and their program and we're so glad that we were able to get him on after noticing TL/C's growth over the past few years!
