Coach Speltz discusses joining the program during its inception, the challenges faced as the program grew, and the culture and philosophies that helped create one of the more successful women's programs in the State! Coach DeLuca also touches on topics of the growth of girls wrestling during his time in the sport, goes into detail on the experience of his first year coaching a girls program, and both the coaches talk about their experiences in their first year coaching together along with what they hope to see in the future with both Holmen Women's Wrestling and women's wrestling in general!
