About this episode
Sometimes you have to look hard at yourself. Actually, all the time you have to look hard at yourself. You have to constantly deploy self-awareness against yourself. And when I do, I realize that I have been leaning to heavily on my own past experience and not pushing myself hard enough to evolve my knowledge and improve. Like I said in Part 1, my goal is to normalize mental coaching to the point that going to see a mental coach is the default for a struggling golfer. So if I have an ambition as big as that then I need to get better. So this is me checking in on myself and telling all of you my intentions. Question of the day: What would it take for your default when you're struggling to call up your mental coach instead of your swing instructor?
