Dan Lebental, ACE and Peter McNulty , two "nice guy" editors team up to bring back "bad boys" Will Smith and Martin Lawrence in the hit film, Bad Boys For Life . Dan calls in to represent the team and talk about the tools and techniques they employed. Dan introduces us to the concept of the "comedy pass" and discusses his early start in music video editing and how it helped with using speed ramps, intraframe editing and kinetic transitions to bring a highly stylized pace to the proceedings. We also discuss the accelerated audio post process he refined on Spiderman - Far From Home and how it could have helped on this film as well.
