Dr. Michael Breus is a Clinical Psychologist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He specializes in sleep disorders and is one of the only psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. Dr. Breus has authored a number of books, tours the world lecturing on sleep, has appeared on CNN, Oprah, and The View, and is also on the clinical advisory board of The Dr. Oz Show. Dr. Breus has a private practice in LA where he helps his clients figure out how to sleep better, which is his main mission in life. We met Dr. Breus at an event for the launch of Mighty Night, a new supplement from HUM Nutrition that encourages more restful sleep and promotes healthier-looking skin.
