[00:40] What Dr. Porter Learned About Meditation Growing Up The main thing that Dr. Porter learned was that anything that he wanted to accomplish, especially in the field of sports, could be done through meditation. If you can visualize something, you can succeed. If you can’t visualize something, you will mess up. By using the meditation techniques in sports, Dr. Porter started to have more attention and concentration. Eventually, he began to visualize his grades. Where you feed energy will expand.
