This is the job of the mitochondria. - In the process, there could be efficient and non-efficient. As we get older, it becomes a less efficient system. - Several factors will influence the fluidity of making energy. - There's a threshold of inflammation that completely shuts down the mitochondria when it is exposed to a toxic environment. - The acid in the body creates resistance, and resistance in the body creates acid. This also translates into inflammation and stress, negatively impacting energy production. - We need to start looking at things increasing the inflammation in our body and start to lower those.
