We have the power to transform our bodies; all we need to do is listen. Take a moment to tune into your symptoms. Next, ask what the purpose of that symptom is. If you can be still enough, you will be able to trust intuition, make decisions, and bring joy into your life. At stage one, your light is turned off. If you can’t turn on the light, you will stay stuck. The most important work we have is to uncover and understand the messages of our souls. [14:55] An Easy Exercise To Develop Your Intuition - Try It Today! Go out of the house and be around people. Have your feet hip distance apart and focus on a stranger you don’t know. Within five seconds, your body will tell you whether that person is for you or not. If Deidre’s intuition tells her to do something, she does it. When your body starts to move forward towards a person, there is something about that person that will be beneficial to you. While on the other hand, if your body moves back, that person is not good for you. [20:50] Examine Your Thoughts: Changing Your Story Can Change Your Life One of the fastest ways to uncover our belief system is to look at our results. Think about the belief system that you have and the belief system that you want. Then, start telling the story that will lead to your desired belief system. It’s simple, and it works! The most important conversation you will have all day is the one you have with yourself. [32:50] End The War Within Yourself: Find Your People and Find Your Environment Understand that sometimes things don’t feel good. If something doesn’t feel good, your body tries to tell you in various ways. Allow yourself to find your people and your environment. When you end the war within yourself, the war outside of us ends in all our relationships. Then, you can work together rather than judging each other. [38:30] Focus on The Joy So Pain Will Naturally Fall Away What story are you telling yourself? Are you telling yourself that you are sick? It’s time to change your story and change your life. If you wake up daily and struggle with chronic pain, you may talk about the pain. However, find the courage to move through it and change your story.
