The oldest, Evelyn (22), recently graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with a degree in Animal Science and Dairy. She has moved back to the family farm to become the farm’s next generation. Claudia (19), is currently attending the University of Lincoln Nebraska, studying Ag business and entrepreneurship, with plans to bring this knowledge back to the home farm.
