Forgiveness wasn’t something I really knew about or considered before. But I found out that by ignoring the problems of my past, I was holding myself back from the future. It’s not always the right move to power through. Sometimes it’s more important to stop and examine what triggers you. You need to try to forgive those that hurt you and forgive yourself instead.
