Why are some people still not socially distancing?

After the deaths of 9 bus drivers in London, we hear from those working in public transportation to get an idea of the conditions they work under, along with measures that may (or may not) have been taken by their employers to ensure their safety. Despite repeated calls from health professionals and experts it seems that some members of the public are still reluctant to socially distance themselves from each other. We ask: why?
