POSTCAST: Wheeler's gem powers Phillies past the Brewers in 5-1 win!

The Philadelphia Phillies got power from Nick Castellanos and Bryce Harper as well as a gem of a start from Zack Wheeler to get by the Brewers 5-1! The Phils’ magic number to clinch the NL East is 4. Zack Wheeler tossed 7 innings of 1-run baseball, allowing just 4 hits and no walks as he picked up his 16th win of the season. He also struck out 6 on the night while throwing 99 pitches with a fastball topping out at 97 mph. He also lowered his ERA to 2.56. Wheeler received some early run support when Nick Castellanos stepped up to the plate in the 2nd inning and smashed his 21st homer of the season. That gave the Phils a 1-0 lead. Then after Wheeler allowed an RBI triple, Bryce Harper grabbed the lead back for Wheeler with a 2-run homer to left/center field. Harper’s 29th in the season and 3rd in 4 games. Kyle Schwarber added an infield RBI single in the 7th on a ball that caromed off Brewer’s reliever Aaron Ashby’s ankle and into shallow right field.
