Today I had the pleasure of welcoming Colleen Callander to this podcast. She is most well known for being the big boss at Sportsgirl and Sussan, holding the CEO position in both companies for many years – working her way right up to the top, starting from a retail position in her late teens.She has now stepped back from those roles and is constantly re-inventing herself armed with all of the experience she gained from many years as a leader (including the highs and the lows), and also from doing her own inner self work. Colleen shares so many “write downable” ideas and insights during this chat that will inspire us to lead with kindness, go for it no matter who we are or how old we are, be confident in our approach and so much more.
