Today Nicho shares with us the 180 degree flip his life took going from a busy corporate career and a high stress boozy lifestyle, to integrating Vedic meditation into his life as a daily practice and becoming a meditation teacher. Nicho found meditation at 39 years old. Now a decade on it has become a significant part of his life and has transformed his lifestyle, relationships and even the way he does business consciously.
