Detroit Tigers offense poured it on in the home half of the 7th plating 4 runs to take the 7-3 lead. Zach McKinstry scored the go-ahead run and added to his big night that already included a home run as part of a 3 hit night. Casey Mize started the game for the Detroit Tigers and was roughed up allowing 9 hits, but he limited the damage to three runs in 5.2 innings pitched.
