Dr. Dave Osborn owns Osborn Performance Systems, a strength and conditioning gym in Wenatchee, WA, where he trains a diverse range of clients including world-record-holding powerlifters. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps and an elite powerlifter himself, Dr. Dave boasts personal bests of a 749-pound squat, 529-pound bench press, and 727-pound deadlift. He has been active in the fitness industry since 2007 and has served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for several teams, including Washington State University Men's Rugby and Wenatchee Valley College Men's Soccer. Dr. Dave earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University, a Master's Degree in Applied Exercise Physiology, and an Educational Doctorate in Leadership in Health and Human Performance from Concordia University of Chicago. His doctoral dissertation explored the impact of communication frequency on coach-athlete relationships in online coaching. Currently, he collaborates with Coaches Corner University to enhance online coaching education, focusing on the fundamentals of online coaching and coach-athlete dynamics. His mission is to merge educational and experiential knowledge to maximize his athletes' performance and cultivate significant coach-athlete relationships, achieving new personal records both competitively and personally.
