We are on part three of our healing series with Sensei Alex Kakuyo! Today Sensei Alex is doing a teaching on taking our pain and transforming it into healing and love. Sensei Alex Kakuyo is a Buddhist teacher and breathwork facilitator. A former Marine, he served in both Iraq and Afghanistan before finding the Dharma through a series of happy accidents.
