Episode #441: Are you having a Bad Day? Yesterday on our podcast we discussed “creating a mindset or attitude of abundance” in your life. Today I’d like to really discuss some ways you can turn around a bad day, because we all have them happen to us. Sometimes we have the best intentions when we start our days, but then something random happens everything spirals downhill from there. Usually, we need to take a step back an become aware of our Perspective, our Attitude and also our Willingness to turn things around rather than fall into a “victim mentality”. Learning from our bad days and Appreciating our Good days are definitely skills we need to develop. I hope the thoughts I share today will inspire you to turn around those bad days more often.
