About Guest: Jason Redman is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant with 21 years of service (11 as an enlisted SEAL and 10 as a SEAL Officer). In 2007, while serving in Fallujah, Iraq, Redman’s assault team was ambushed and he was shot multiple times in a firefight. During his recovery, he placed a bright orange “Sign on the Door” declaring: “If you come in this room, there better be no pity. I am going to overcome.” That message became a symbol of resilience for wounded warriors. After retiring from the Navy in 2013, Jason founded SOF Spoken, a speaking and coaching company focused on leadership, teamwork and overcoming adversity.
