Jackie Carr is a Goal Coach, a speaker, and the co-founder of ROCK YOUR BLISS a yoga and goals movement that’s all about inspiring and empowering others to live the life of their dreams. She and her co founder lead retreats, workshops and training around the globe. Chances are this episode is not going to be what you expect from a goal coach… and I mean that in a good way.
