Buddha said that all phenomena are like dreams, like illusions, and like the reflection of the moon in a clear lake. In this episode, we look at the meaning of this and how this wisdom can help us change difficult or painful situations. Our reality is not as it seems. Our life, our self, and our reality appear to exist independent of our own mind. However, like a dream, our life is the projection of our mind. When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. We studies Chapter 3, verse 38 - 39 of the Dhammapada (the words of the Buddha). "For those who are unsteady of mind, Who do not know true Dharma, And whose serenity wavers, Wisdom does not mature.
