She did not struggle with her weight until after having kids. When her (now) ex-husband made hurtful comments about her weight, Megan felt self-conscious and began to diet. In November of 2020, a co-worker shared IF and Fast Feast Repeat with her. Megan began her IF journey and felt the guilt she carried about food disappeared overnight. Megan immediately felt the freedom to enjoy food. Megan has lost 30 pounds. Her headaches are gone, both her skin and sleep have improved, and she is no longer fighting her body. Megan’s advice: Don’t make any changes you’re not willing to commit to forever. Focus on your window. Wear clothes that make you feel good about yourself.
