This helped Stacy to understand IF and why it worked. She began with 16:8, and quickly moved to 20:4, with some ADF (Alternate Day Fasting). Stacy has lost 15 pounds, going from 158 to 143 pounds, and focuses on maintaining a weight range instead of a specific weight.
