Cathy was thin until her freshman year of college, when she quickly gained 50 pounds in just one year. Cathy’s doctor discovered she had Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, also known as PCOS. Cathy tried several diets and even took diet pills, but nothing worked. Desperate to lose weight, in September of 2022, she searched the internet and found IF. Cathy read Fast Feast Repeat and began her IF journey right away. More than a year later, Cathy has lost 24 pounds.
